Pastor Phil & Tiffany Baugh were born and raised in Southern California. Pastor Phil was saved in Chino Prison in 1993, after a life of drug abuse and sin. Tiffany met the Lord after coming out of a life of drugs, and witchcraft. This couple is dedicated to reaching those who think they have no hope, who think they have gone to far to turn back. They have a deep desire to see lives restored and renewed through the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Pastor Phil is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God and has served as the Outreach Pastor of The Oregon Dream Center before planting The Rock in 2005. Tiffany has a passion for women who are lost in the world of sin. She is on the committee of the Beaumont Section Women’s Ministry. Phil also serves on the Beaumont Section committee.
